@article{Ding_Lau_2004, title={Double-talk detection schemes for echo cancellation}, volume={32}, url={https://jcaa.caa-aca.ca/index.php/jcaa/article/view/1670}, abstractNote={Two new double-talk detection schemes for echo cancellation are presented. The first scheme, out-of-telephony-band level, includes an analog input sampled at 16 KHz, double the telephony system’s sampling rate. It effectively detects the near-end signal masked by a much stronger telephony if a wider band is made available by the electronics, making it suitable for speakerphone applications. The second scheme, orthogonality principle, does not need a wider band and therefore is suitable for general echo cancellation.}, number={3}, journal={Canadian Acoustics}, author={Ding, Heping and Lau, Frank}, year={2004}, month={Sep.}, pages={146–147} }
