Fight against noise, dwellings in France
AbstractFor several years a considerable effort has been made in France to ensure good sound isolation between new dwellings, as well as against the intrusion of outdoor noises. The effort has been carried out in the following areas: regulations, labelling, controls and sanctions, scientific and technical research, and the publication of examples of solutions. The different aspects of this effort against noise are examined in detail.
