November Symposium Reminder

The CAA Fall Symposiums are approaching rapidly, and we'd love to see you there. If you haven't already registered, consider this your reminder to grab your tickets!

These events bring together professionals from across the country to learn, share experiences, and contribute to the development of future CAA guidance.

Day One focuses on environmental noise, with sessions covering ISO 9613-2 and the 2024 updates, current practices across Canadian provinces, and international approaches to noise assessment. The day also includes interactive workshops that will help shape draft CAA guidance on modelling and assessment.

Day Two turns to residential building acoustics, exploring the evidence supporting higher code minimums, featuring presentations from the NRC, and providing roundtable discussions that will contribute directly to a new CAA guidance document.

Whether you're interested in environmental noise, building acoustics, or both, these sessions offer a valuable opportunity to stay informed, connect with colleagues from across the industry, and help shape the future direction of our profession.
