Résumé

Piezoelectric materials possess properties that make them useful as dampers or control elements for structures. These properties include: strain under the influence of the electric field and the production of the voltage on the application of the strain. The use of these properties for the damping behavior can broaden the designers possibility to model electric circuit of any material.
