Résumé

An on-going study was designed to examine methods for improving aircrew reaction time to verbal auditory warnings. The "attention getting" of verbal auditory warnings that differed in both vocal style and gender was measured, while subjects were performing a visual tracking task. Overall, initial results are encouraging.
