Résumé

A model was developed to design the acoustics of a classroom and reduce the background noise level. The design allowed the reverberation time to be limited, and was based on estimation of design parameters. The maximum sound power level emitted by heating ventilation and air conditioning designs (HVAC) were calculated for the design. The formulation and validation of the model was described.
