Modélisation d’un métamatériau à résonateurs multiples pour l’isolation contre les vibrations

Les matériaux à résonance locale (MRL) représentent une classe prometteuse de métamatériaux acoustiques pour les applications d’isolation contre les vibrations (IV) à basse fréquence, en raison de leur utilisation de résonateurs de type masse-ressort à géométrie sous-longueur d’onde. Plus particulièrement, les géométries de MRL à résonateurs multiples font l’objet d’un intérêt croissant en tant que moyen de créer des bandes d’IV supplémentaires. Toutefois, la conception et l’optimisation de telles structures sont complexes en raison du grand nombre de paramètres en interaction. Le présent article propose un modèle analytique permettant de prédire le comportement en résonance d’un MRL compact à double résonateur, et valide les résultats à l’aide de modèles par éléments finis (EF) construits dans COMSOL Multiphysics®. Le modèle analytique est utilisé avec succès pour mener des études paramétriques, démontrant ainsi son utilité pour l’ajustement et l’optimisation des paramètres des MRL lors de la phase de conception initiale.
