Résumé

Un bilan partiel des programmes de préservation de l'audition dans les usines québécoises soulève la question de l'efficacité des programmes de surveillance audiométrique. Les faiblesses de tels programmes sont illustrées au moyen d'un exemple concret. Cette démarche conduit a une analyse critique de la logique-même de la préservation de l'audition dans le bruit et du rôle dévolu à la surveillance audiométrique dans ce contexte. Des propositions en vue de l'utilisation optimale des examens audiométriques en usines bruyantes sont présentées.

This Licensing Addendum ("Addendum") is entered into between the undersigned Author(s) and Canadian Acoustics journal published by the Canadian Acoustical Association (hereinafter referred to as the "Publisher"). The Author(s) and the Publisher agree as follows:
