L'utilisation des avertisseurs sonores de danger en milieu industriel est soumise à un ensemble de contraintes. Pour assurer une utilisation efficace de ces signaux, en particulier quand il s'agit de questions de sécurité, il est essentiel de considérer ces contraintes. D'une part, pratiquement aucun contrôle n'est exercé sur l'usage des signaux sonores en milieu bruyant, d'autre part, l'utilisation des avertisseurs sonores en milieu industriel repose sur des pratiques intuitives, sans tenir compte nécessairement de la limite fonctionnelle de capacité auditive des travailleurs qui y oeuvrent. L'analyse de l'interaction entre la capacité auditive et le milieu de travail industriel nous a permis d'aboutir à des règles précises de conception d’avertisseurs sonores de danger .Fichiers supplémentaires
