Abstract

A new concept of active noise control for transformer using a set of independent control units distributed on the transformer blade has been realized. Spatial and frequency normalization has been applied to the independent control units to improve the stability of the overall system and to facilitate the control of more than one frequency component at a time. As anticipated, this results in a drastic improvement of the behavior of the system.
