New concept of active control of transformer noise, Part 2: Control algorithm
Keywords:Adaptive filtering, Algorithms, Electric transformers, Feedback control, Identification (control systems), Microphones, Active noise control (ANC)
AbstractA new concept of active noise control for transformer using a set of independent control units distributed on the transformer blade has been realized. Spatial and frequency normalization has been applied to the independent control units to improve the stability of the overall system and to facilitate the control of more than one frequency component at a time. As anticipated, this results in a drastic improvement of the behavior of the system.
