Résumé

A railway noise model (RWNM) was applied to analyze the noise for the East Side Access (ESA) project. The model predicts the noise impacts at several sensitive receptor locations by modeling RWNM's sound analysis and then comparing it with Federal Transit Administration (FTA) model results.
