Résumé

Response of musicians and non musicians to a target sound in the presence of simultaneous distracters was compared. The attentuation of auditory attentional blink was examined in the group of musicians. The results showed that the musicians have an attenuated auditory attentional blink compared to non-musicians and the magnitude of the auditory attentional blink was significantly reduced for this group.
