Conception d’une caméra acoustique 3D pour la localisation des sources sonores en milieu de travail

L’augmentation des cas de surdité professionnelle met en lumière le besoin de technologies avancées pour localiser les sources de bruit dans des environnements bruyants et confinés. Dans ces environnements, l’identification des sources de bruit demeure un défi majeur. Les caméras acoustiques offrent une solution prometteuse, mais leurs limitations actuelles soulignent l’importance d’innover pour développer des outils plus performants et accessibles aux industriels. À cet effet, ce projet propose le développement d’une caméra acoustique 3D portable, combinant une antenne sphérique ouverte de 64 microphones MEMS et une plateforme embarquée pour le traitement de signaux en temps-réel. Les innovations technologiques incluent un multiplexage temporel (TDM) et un protocole I2S modifié, permettant un espacement des microphones jusqu’à 0.4 m et simplifiant la conception de réseaux microphoniques 3D étendus. Des résultats sont exposés avec une antenne sphérique de 0.31 m de rayon et une caméra 360° offrant un taux de rafraîchissement de 30 Hz sur une grille de 150 000 pixels. Ce système permet, en temps réel, la localisation 3D de sources de bruit multiples avec une précision de l’ordre de quelques centimètres, contribuant à l’évaluation des nuisances sonores et à la prise d’initiatives face à la prévention des pertes auditives en industrie
