Résumé

The results of new acoustical measurements and speech recognition tests were discussed. Speech and noise levels were measured during a regular teaching activity and during the speech tests. The Word Intelligibility by Picture Identification (WIPI) test was used to measure speech recognition scores for varied signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). The results reveal the importance of better conditions, with low noise levels, for young students.
